CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Royal Carriages understands that plans may change, and that flexibility is appreciated by our guests. To make your booking process as stress-free as possible, we are pleased to offer the following change and cancellation policies:
• Reservations may be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the tour time to receive a full refund.
• Reservations may be rescheduled for another time and/or date, based upon availability, with at least 3 hours advance notice.
• Reservations not cancelled or rescheduled as indicated above will be considered as a ‘no-show’ and will not be changed or refunded.
If you are looking to cancel your reservation – you may do so from your confirmation email! Please click “Cancel Booking” right above the orange “Your Tickets” banner.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
New Orleans is well-known for both sporadic and day-long rain showers. To protect our guests, we have roofs over the passenger area of all our carriages, and will operate “rain or shine”. If you have concerns about the rain, you may reschedule your tour based upon the change policy above.
In the event severe thunderstorms (strong winds, significant thunder and lightning) are forecast, Royal Carriages reserves the right to suspend our operations until the forecast improves. Should your tour be suspended, you will be notified as far in advance as possible. If this occurs, you will be given the option to reschedule your reservation for another time and/or date (based upon availability), cancel with a full refund, or convert the funds to a gift certificate to be used for an undetermined future date.
